Gapura Angkasa that is defined into several divisions in giving services to passengers and cargoes in 24 domestic airports plans to build a new warehouse that will operate in the end of 2010 as plan. Approaching second semester in 2010, Gapura Angkasa will start planning of business expansion in export-import cargoes warehouse area in Soekarno-Hatta international airport, Cengkareng. Business expansion that has been in Gapura Angkasa's program would be started by building One-stop Service "Business Center" in the area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport warehouse, Cengkareng. So far, this public facility was only spread in some locations in warehouse area. The "One-Stop Service' that will be provided, such as internet, copy, Barcode label printing, scanner, and cargo care services for customers who do not understand the cargo process handling in cargo warehouse area; document care (completing document) and administration to handle exit-entry of cargoes like Customs and Quarantine Place (animals, greens, and fish). All of them would be concentrated in one special space in warehouse area. The plan of business centre with 40 square meter width would be operated end of July 2010 (as plan) by allocating budget for Rp. 300 millions (exclude operational budgets). According to Hendro, when Cargo Times+ had interview with weeks ago in cargo warehouse of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng, said that in the future customers will be able to use facilities in Gapura Angkasa warehouse. So, they don't have to look each facility that they need from one place to another place. In line with this, based on integrated business, his side also sees big potency from service contribution on cargo handling service, and sees big opportunity in field. Moreover, besides the opportunity that was mentioned above, in 2010, Gapura Angkasa will plan of a Lounge facility for agents (Shippers/Consignee) like a Lounge in passenger terminal. That will be applied in Soekarno-Hatta Airport warehouse Cengkareng area. The planned Lounge is still under evaluation and assessment. Gapura is optimist that the project will be executed in 2010.
