DHL Express Launched International Specialist Campaign In Indonesia

DHL Express, the world's leading international express services provider, announces the launch of its International Specialist Campaign (ISC), marked by a major global advertising campaign across 42 key markets worldwide. Supported by a comprehensive marketing program across various media, the ISC demonstrates DHL's international capabilities to meet the express shipping needs of all industries and highlights its global expertise and enhanced customer service.
DHL Express has been successfully developing its capabilities in global markets to dominate the Express industry and has significantly enhanced its achievements through the DHL network.
The International Specialist advertising campaign will run in national and global media across 42 key markets in 25 local languages, and will be screened by over 280 TV stations. Additionally, 360 print publications with over 1100 insertions will spread DHL's compelling message of offering unrivaled speed, efficiency and strong customer service. The campaign also includes over 2.16 billion online impressions and its distinctive re-mixed soundtrack of the worldwide classic "Aint No Mountain High Enough", will be played over 200 radio stations and can be downloaded.

The public will be able to see ISC advertisements on billboards strategically placed at eight locations around the country, namely Balikpapan, Bekasi, Medan, Semarang Surabaya, Soekarno Hatta International Airport and several locations in Jakarta.
The launch of the ISC in Indonesia was a star-studded event where the famous Agnes Monica was invited as the guest performer. More than 400 guests and DHL colleagues attended the gala dinner held at the Four Seasons Hotel, Jakarta on November 25, 2011.
Investment in people
The campaign reiterates DHL's strong leadership position in the Express industry by cementing DHL Express as The International Specialists in Express shipping. As part of the overall group strategy, DHL is investing in improving staff service levels through the Certified International Specialist (CIS) program.
Designed by DHL, the accreditation program is aimed at increasing employees' expertise in helping DHL customers grow their business internationally.
Since the initial roll-out in December 2010, all 967 employees in Indonesia have completed the Certified International Specialist Foundation course in the first half of 2011.
By October 2011, all 100,000 DHL Express employees globally have completed the foundation program. The focus of the CIS Foundation is to ensure that every member of the DHL team demonstrates the same consistent high level of customer focused behavior
