Oman Air Opens Jakarta - Muscat Direct Flight
On Sunday, Des 14, 2014), at 01.50pm, at the north runway of International Soekarno-Hatta Airport (CGK), inauguration of the first arrival of Oman Air's Jakarta - Muscat Direct Flight was conducted. Two cars of the port fire rescue department did water salute.This inauguration marks the first direct service of Oman Air between Indonesia and Oman with route of CGK (Cengkareng) - MCT (Muscat) and MCT - CGK.

Beginning January 2015, the Oman Air will fly four times a week (1,3,5,7), departs at 15.50 (ETD) from CGK and arrives in Muscat at 20.55 (ETA).

The launch of the Jakarta service, together with that of the new service to Manila, marks the start of Oman Air's latest ambitious programme of growth. The expanded fleet will enable Oman Air to offer customers a greater choice of destinations, increased frequencies on established routes and more convenient connections at Muscat International Airport. The new service builds on the powerful and long-standing cultural and economic links that have been established between Indonesia and the Sultanate of Oman.
