Saudi Airlines Cargo Company, one of the leading air cargo carrier in the Middle East, has been awarded the Air Cargo Industry Customer Care Award at the 2015 Air Cargo Week (ACW) World Air Cargo Europe Awards, which celebrated excellence and achievement within the global air cargo industry, was held recently in Munich, Germany from May 5-8. The award, voted by ACW readers, was presented recently to Nabil Khojah, CEO of Saudi Airlines Cargo, at ACW's annual cargo industry awards ceremony organized by top media and sales company, Azura International. The award was based on the criteria of a company's proactive approach to customer service and effective strategy for problem resolution. Nabil Khojah thanked customers and partners for their support and said the achievement was the result of the dedication and commitment shown by staff to customers in ensuring that their cargo is handled and treated with care. He commented "receiving such a distinctive award is a great honor for us and it illustrates the valuable feedback our customers have given us" Recently, Saudi a Cargo announced it will receive the first of four Boeing 777s in 2015, in a step to boast the current fleet.
