Personal Effect Center, A Solution of Retail Cargo Services at Airport

Angkasa Pura Kargo (APK), PT Angkasa Pura II’s (Persero) subsidiary, that focus on operator services of cargo terminal, cargo services and airmail (air posts) as well as cargo terminal’s infrastructure and facility development, present a solution for logistic needs through their Cargo Service Center “Personal Effect Center”.

The services that are available at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Cargo Terminal area are expected to answer people’s needs on logistic services, especially in Airports. For the Personal Effect Center will become the gate of all APK’s retail services and information center at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Cargo Terminal as well.

Now, some top quality services of the newest services that can be enjoyed at the Cargo Service Center, are as: 1. Logistic and Cargo Pick-up Services, 2. Logistic and Cargo Delivery Services (via Cargo Sales Agent), and, 3. Cargo or Luggage Deposit Service (via Baggage Solutions).

Through their one stop logistic concept, Denny Fikri, the President Director of Angkasa Pura Kargo, committed to always give conveniences, simplicity, and efficiency in every service. This is also an answer over a spreading stigma of problematic cargo handling at an airport.

“The bottom line, we would like to serve our consumers’ needs by prioritizing conveniences on delivery and pick-up services. When the consumers come to a Personal Effect counter, we can serve all their needs of goods and cargoes fast and efficiently,” said Denny.
