Angkasa Pura II Launches New Logo
PT Angkasa Pura II, one of State-owned airport operators, launched their new logo that pictures the company's position and vision & mission to become a world class airport in 2016. The old logo of Angkasa Pura II was dominated with red and blue color. The new logo said as "World without Limit (Sky City)", symbolized with green for 'A' and yellow mixed with red for 'P', then blue for background color. Right at below left of the logo, there is big text as "Angkasa Pura II" and below, a small text "Indonesia's Airport Company". And the meanings of those colors are: 1) Blue, symbolize continual rapid growth in the logistic sector movement. 2) Red, symbolize works based on Angkasa Pura II's commitment and spirit to give international standard services that prioritize customers' satisfaction and safety. 3) Yellow, symbolize prosperity as the result of Angkasa Pura II hard works with maximal performance and integrity that is hoped to give advantage to all parties like shareholders, staffs and people. 4) Green, symbolize firmed, integrity and coordinative leadership towards healthy growth. "2014 is the Year of the Leader, 2015 is the Year of Acceleration, and 2016 is the year of our dream to become the World Class Airport and Company", Managing Director of Angkasa Pura II, Tri Sunoko said in the official company's new logo launching event, that was also attended by Director General of Aviation Transportationv - the Transportation Ministry, Herry Bakti S. Gumay and the Deputy of Primary Industry Business Unit, M. Zamkhani. Angkasa Pura II, currently, manage 12 airports in West Indonesia: Supadio (Pontianak), Husein Sastranegara (Bandung), Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta), Halim Perdanakusuma (Jakarta), Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II (Palembang), Sultan Thaha (Jambi), Raja Haji Fisabilillah (Tanjung Pinang), Depati Amir (Pangkal Pinang), Sultan Syarif Kasim II (Pekanbaru), Minangkabau (Padang), Kuala Namu International Airport (Medan), Silangit (Tapanuli Utara) dan Sultan Iskandar Muda (Banda Aceh).
