Hactl, the leading air cargo terminal in Hong Kong, has opened the Hactl Upstream Terminal (HUPT), to interface with the new Hong Kong International Airport Logistics Park (HKIALP) in Dongguan.
HKIALP enables air cargo to be accepted at Dongguan Port under the sea-air intermodal cargo handling process, and then transferred by water direct to a dedicated pier at Hong Kong International Airport, so avoiding potential land border delays.
Hactl’s 2,000 sqm HUPT facility has been inspected by Hong Kong’s Civil Aviation Department and is approved for immediate operation. It can now provide loose- and palletised cargo acceptance, palletisation, Customs-bonded cargo storage and empty ULD handling.
Hactl airline customers have viewed the new facility today, during a special full-day familiarisation tour. Hactl believes the HKIALP will assist its airline customers in their efforts to capture additional air cargo volume from the Greater Bay Area (GBA), in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.
Puncak pergerakan tercatat pada H-3 Lebaran, yakni Jumat, 28 Maret 2025, dengan total penerbangan mencapai 1.179 dan jumlah penumpang mencapai 184.000 orang.
