JNE held a Christmas celebration with the Christian JNE Knights (Ksatria) and Heroines (Srikandi) who are members of the Ecumenical Fellowship (Persekutuan Oikumene). With the theme ‘Children of God with Integrity’, this joint Christmas celebration invited Pastor Juswantori Ichwan to give a sermon.

The hymn entitled ‘Ku Masuk Ruang Maha Kudus’ which was sung together by all the participants present could be heard singing serenely amidst the dim light in the Main Ballroom, Floor 7, JNE Tomang 11 West Jakarta, on Friday (Dec 13, 2024) evening.

More than 150 PO JNE members attended the event, including those who attended online from various JNE branch offices throughout Indonesia. The JNE Board of Directors, JNE President Director M. Feriadi Soeprapto, JNE Director Chandra Fireta, JNE Director Edi Santoso, and other JNE leaders were present.

In his speech, JNE President Director M. Feriadi stated that Christmas celebrations are held every year which indicates that diversity at JNE is extraordinary.

“JNE consists of various ethnicities, religions and beliefs, but all of them are united by the name JNE. JNE has the noble values of sharing, giving and caring. That is why this Christmas celebration there is also compensation. Doing good is a teaching of all religions,” he said.

He continued, that the Christmas celebration is a happy moment, but don’t forget that this happiness should also be shared with those who are less fortunate. By always doing good, JNE will always be close to God.

“Connecting Happiness (tagline JNE) is for all groups, religions and others. The success of JNE in 2024 is due to the hard work of all elements. On behalf of me personally and the company, I greeted ‘Merry Christmas 2024 and Happy New Year 2025’. Hope 2025, which is coming soon would be better than this year,” closed M. Feriadi.

Meanwhile, JNE Director Chandra Fireta expressed his gratitude that the Christmas celebration event has always been supported by management, even from year to year in terms of event organization, the amount of donations always increases.

During this 2024 JNE’s Christmas celebration, we didn’t forget to donate and give Christmas gifts to dozens of children with disabilities cared for by the Elsafan Foundation.

“We are very proud and touched that JNE involves people with disabilities educated by our foundation to join in the joy of celebrating Christmas. “Thank you JNE. I hope that in the future JNE will always be in God’s love and will be more successful,” said Pastor Jakson, a representative of the Elsafan Foundation.
