PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) and flag carrier PT. Garuda Indonesia (Garuda), Tbk. conduct strategic work together as a synergy between the state-owned corporation (soc) in relation with the logistic integrated services to more than 600 cargo warehouse networks in Indonesia. The joint venture is included logistic and distribution service, baggage as cargo, network development, branding and air cargo agency. The official announcement of the joint venture is signed by the Memorandum of Understanding signing (MoU) between the two SOCs, Sigit Muhartono, Cargo Director of PT Garuda Indonesia and Nofrisel, Development and Operational Director of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa. The signing was witnessed by R. Ruli Adi, Managing Director of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa and M. Arif Wibowo, Managing Director of PT Garuda Indonesia , located at the BGR Jakarta’s branch office, North Jakarta. Through this joint venture, Garuda and BGR agree to optimize their potencies to develop their businesses, like joint promotion and sales and distribution network, BGR's warehouses utilization by Garuda Indonesia, BGR's supply chain products delivery (electronic & pharmaceutical) using the Garuda Indonesia Cargo, and revenue increase through product and cargo services synergy such as 'baggage as cargo to door'.(mar)
