In order to support national economic growth and improve the quality of education in Indonesia, PT Integrasi Aviation Solusi or Injourney Aviation Services (IAS), a sub-holding of Injourney, on Monday (October 14) launched the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program (TJSL) or CSR themed “IAS MERDEKA” and “IAS TERAMPIL” in two different locations.

“IAS Merdeka” is a CSR program for the development of MSMEs held at Movenpick City Hotel, Surabaya. The event was attended by the IAS Commissioner, IAS Director of Finance and Risk Management, Head of the East Java Provincial Customs Office, Head of the East Java Provincial Cooperative and MSME Service, and Area Manager of Bank Syariah Indonesia Surabaya Raya.

Meanwhile, “IAS Terampil” is a CSR program for HR training held at APSpace Terminal 3, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Cengkareng). IAS Commissioner, IAS President Director, IAS Human Capital Director, and IAS Subsidiary Directors were present at the event.

The “IAS Merdeka” program focuses on developing MSMEs to improve skills and knowledge as well as marketing digitalization so that product quality and income increase. This training program includes CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Digital Marketing, Photography, Export & Import, and Financial Reports during the training periods of October 14 - 16, 2024 in Surabaya, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, and Solo.

Not only training, but IAS also provides capital networking to banks for MSMEs and mentoring to MSMEs for the next 2 months with the hope that the fostered MSMEs will be able to become suppliers in the IAS business line and be able to expand the market by exporting products.

Meanwhile, the “IAS Terampil” program focuses on education based on sustainable development goals and quality education involving lower-middle economic communities, and people with disabilities to improve individuals’ abilities so that they are ready to face the world of work, especially the world of aviation.

This training program includes Basic Cargo and Ground Staff with qualified and certified teaching staff. Not only training, but IAS also provides certification and mentoring in OJT (On the Job Training) at the IAS Group Regional Station and has the opportunity to have a career in the IAS Group Company.

“This program is based on IAS Group’s concern for education in Indonesia and full support for the government’s program towards Golden Indonesia 2045, by producing skilled workers who are ready to compete at the global level,” said Dendi Danianto, President Director of IAS.

He continued, that IAS continues to be committed to implementing the CSR programs actively, with a focus on quality education and environmental preservation. “This program is a real manifestation of the company’s contribution to supporting sustainable development,” concluded Dendi.
