Garuda Indonesia Cargo Opens Kebon Jeruk Cargo Service Center
In line with the Garuda Indonesia's performance in the service aspect in 2014, Strategic Business Unit of Garuda Indonesia Cargo keeps expanding its service innovation to be accessible easily by people. This is signed by the opening of Kebon Jeruk Cargo Service Center (CSC), Jakarta in December.This service center will serve end customer for West Jakarta area. For the first time, Kebon Jeruk Cargo Service Center is the first joint venture between the company and the third party. However, the management and operational staff have been trained (hard skill and soft skill) by the Garuda Indonesia Cargo, so then there'll be no discrimination in services. Products and services that Kebon Jeruk Cargo Service Center offered are from port to port to door-to-door and GO Express as the newest product from the Garuda Indonesia Cargo.
