The scheme with its carefully-deliberated coverage will substantially support the aviation industry in addressing the acute manpower shortage.
The scheme will help reinforce the competitive advantages of Hong Kong’s aviation industry and position industry favourably to capture the growth opportunities which will arise from the three-runway system operating fully.
