On Friday 5 April 2019, Rini M. Soemarno, Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOE), launched some facilities at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Cengkareng/CGK). The Minister also did groundbreaking some projects like  Integrated Transportation Service Building (Integrated Building), Accessibility  Expansion Project as well as Revitalization of Terminal 1C and Sub Terminal 2F.

The launched facilities are: 1.) Airport Railway Stations, 2). Skytrain Station at Terminal 1, 2, and 3, 3). Integrated Skytrain Station that is integrated with Airport Railway Station, 4). Skytrain Depo, 5). Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC), and 5). 150 KV High Voltage Sub-Relay Station, and Power Station 2 and 3.

“I am so proud with Angkasa Pura II’s Board of Directors who are brave and aggressive to invest for the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport development. What I know about these projects, the they need Rp 9 trillion totally,” she said.

Rini was proud by the AP II work   performance for 4 years, because Cengkareng has been acknowledged internationally. “I am sure Soekarno-Hatta International Airport could become one of the best airports and the most crowded in the world,” she continued.

Besides launching several facilities, the Minister of SOE also did groundbreaking to some projects, like: 1). Integrated Building, 2). Terminal 1C and 2F Revitalization, and 3). Fly over accessibility to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

“Angkasa Pura II doesn’t stop to expand the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, even though our airport is one level with other world class airports. We try to make services and facilities  better,” Muhammad Awaluddin, The Managing Director of PT Angkasa Pura II.
