PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), the largest express and logistics company in Indonesia, and KAI Logistik, a subsidiary of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) in logistics transportation sector, signed an agreement for goods delivery, on Friday (06 September) in the Integrity Room of the KAI Logistics Head Office.

The signing of this collaboration was carried out in the context of utilizing the potential of each party between KAI Logistik and JNE.

The event was attended by the President Director in action Fredi Firmansyah, the Board of Directors, and KAI Logistik Management. Representing PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), Drs. Mohamad Feriadi, MBA - President Director, Chandra Fireta - Business Support Director, Edi Santos - Sales and Operation Director, Agusnur Widodo - Senior Vice President of Business Development Group Head, Yonatan Wiraseputra - Senior Vice President Operations Group Head and other board of management, who also attended the event.

“The collaboration is both collaboration and synergy from KAI Logistik to advance the logistics business in Indonesia as well as to optimize accomplishing the programs of logistic business development that develop rapidly,” said Fredi Firmansyah in his welcome speech.

Responding to it, M. Feriadi also expressed his appreciation to KAI Logistics for choosing JNE to collaborate to optimize the logistics services for making deliveries to areas that are not KAI Logistics coverage areas.

The next event was the signing of the MoU, souvenir exchange, discussion session, and taking photos together as the closing.

Prior to the Memorandum of Understanding signing, there was a visit from the JNE Board of Directors and Board of Management on Friday (June 28, 2024) to KAI Logistics office in North Jakarta. The representatives of JNE who came to that event were Mohamad Feriadi, Edi Santoso, Chandra Fireta, and other boards of management.

The gathering was discussing the potency of collaboration in the context of developing the business of both parties. The discussed Quick Win is related to an integration system with a delivery scope throughout Indonesia, and the elaboration of wider logistics cooperation potentials.
