Citilink Ties Inovative Relationship with PermataBank
PT Citilink Indonesia (Citilink) partners with PT Bank Permata Tbk (PermataBank) to guarantee the cash spares (cash delivery service) for emergency situation in 24 hours in order to give services to consumers in a certain situation like a ticket refund when a withdraw is needed in warranting customers' satisfaction when there's a trouble. The form of joint venture to supply emergency cash with this scheme is the first time being applied in aviation industry. Citilink is the first airline that implement this joint venture in a commercial aviation industry, and PermataBank is the first bank who support this service. This innovative service made by the Citilink and PermataBank is available in 19 cities or airports in Indonesia and emergency cash delivery will be made for whole day - 24 hours 365 days - the whole year. Therefore, if there's flight cancelation that is caused by the airline factors or force majeure, then the refund in cash could be accepted as stipulated in terms and condition within 2 until 3 hours after the passengers' data verification process. Thus, passengers don't have to wait long and could get the refund soon after getting the notification of flight cancellation. PermataBank gives this service in order to make Citilink gives better services to all passengers when there's a flight interference. The signing of MoU of the cash delivery between Citilink and PermataBank conducted between Hadinoto Soedigno - Production Director of PT Citilink Indonesia and Bianto Surodjo - Retail Banking Director of PT Bank Permata Tbk at the Citilink's Head Office, Slipi, Jakarta.(en)
